Introducing Claire Matilda

Hi 

My name is Hannah and I am mum to our beautiful Claire Matilda.  My husband Matt and I were excited to welcome Claire  into the world on 8th November 2010. She is little sister to our son Callum (aged 3).

Claire was diagnosed with CDC at 9 days old and has amazed us all already. She is beginning to develop her own little personality and is bringing everyone much joy.

I am thankful for the support we have received from other CDC families within Australia and worldwide and I hope that through this site we will be able to connect with even more families, and to help other new families as they are faced with this diagnosis.
